Architect – Cabinetmaker
contact@mutus-arbor.fr

Pierre-Alexandre Bardat, architect and cabinetmaker, graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Versailles (ENSAV) in 2017 and obtained a master’s degree in Historic Gardens, Heritage and Landscape (JHPP) in 2018. He worked in several agencies in Nantes before training as a cabinetmaker in Cholet in 2023.

He subsequently created mutus arbor, a workshop with transversal practices born from the desire to create a dialogue between architecture, nature and artistic crafts. Through marquetry, the workshop develops a sensitive and vibratory approach to material and color.

From furniture to unique pieces, the compositions focus on the landscape and natural, topographical, geographical or geometric forms.
